     In the plastic recycling industry, most people focus on the post-processing links such as end-of-line recycling, waste granulation, and solid waste treatment. However, many of the low-carbon cycles and high-value regeneration of the entire industrial chain are hidden in the front-end raw material production and material design.

     Many material companies in the industry focus on the production of general-purpose materials, with single product adaptability, making it difficult to take into account the dual needs of terminal applications and back-end circulation. Juzhengyuan is deeply involved in the segmentation of polypropylene materials, has established a professional R&D team and a provincial enterprise technology center, and has long-term focus on material performance optimization and green iteration. Currently, it has independently developed 44 new differentiated PP grades. 

 Its products cover multiple categories such as multi-scenario injection plastics, fiber-specific materials, highly transparent and clean blown film materials, antibacterial materials, foam materials, etc., and are widely adapted to diverse downstream scenarios such as medical and health protection, food packaging, home appliance manufacturing, auto parts, and geotechnical materials. Many products have been rated as famous high-tech products in Guangdong Province. 

 In the product development and design stage, Juzhengyuan fully considers the actual pain points of back-end recycling. By optimizing the formula system and strictly controlling product ash, odor and precipitates, the high-performance PP materials produced are higher in purity and more stable. After completing the end-use cycle, this type of material can better adapt to the industry's sorting, crushing, and re-granulation processes, effectively reducing the problems of high impurities and large quality fluctuations in recycled materials, and providing raw material support for the high-value utilization of plastic recycled materials.
