Outdoor LED street lights, floodlights and garden lights work under continuous UV exposure and extreme temperature changes. Lamp housing materials must combine UV stability, thermal resistance, flame retardancy and impact strength. Ordinary plastics tend to crack, fade and powder after long outdoor service and shorten lamp lifespan.

Weather-resistant flame retardant modified pellets are based on PC or PC/ABS alloy with UV stabilizers. They resist yellowing and cracking outdoors. UL flame retardant grades comply with EU & US lighting safety standards. High impact strength supports thin-wall complex housing injection molding with stable dimensional tolerance.
