Modified PA6 Polyamide Pellets, Nylon 6 Raw Material

PA6 (Polyamide 6 / Nylon 6) is one of the most widely used semi-crystalline engineering thermoplastics. Compared with PA66, PA6 features better melt flow and cost efficiency. By modification with glass fiber, impact modifier, flame retardant and lubricants, modified PA6 achieves higher stiffness, strength, heat resistance and impact performance, widely used for lightweight metal replacement.

Main Modified PA6 Grades & Properties

1. Glass Fiber Reinforced PA6 GF10~GF50: High tensile strength & stiffness, lower molding shrinkage, improved dimensional stability and heat resistance.

2. Toughened & Low-Temperature Resistant PA6: Outstanding low-temperature impact strength, resist cracking under impact load.

3. Halogen-Free Flame Retardant PA6: UL94 V0 rating, low smoke, excellent electrical insulation, ideal for electrical & electronic parts.

4. Wear-resistant & Self-lubricating PA6: Low friction coefficient, noise reduction, for gears, bushings and sliding blocks.

5. Mineral filled / Anti-static PA6: Low warpage, ESD protection, suitable for housing & electronic protective components.
